The Twinwall handlebar is the result of research that combines reliability, resistance, safety, and longevity, all complemented by the attention to detail that qualifies Renthal. The bending of a D22.2mm tube with a D28.6mm tube makes this handlebar almost indestructible. The 22.2mm tube is hard anodized which makes it 3 to 4 times more resistant to wear and tear than a conventional handlebar. Handlebar positioning is made easier by laser engraving which gives an accurate point of reference.
The revolutionary Twinwall® handlebar is an oversized diameter 1 1/8” (28.6mm) handlebar which utilises two tubes, one within the other, borrowing principles from aircraft design to give the best combination of lightness, strength and safety.
- Bending a tube ø22, with a 2mm tube ø28, 6mm handlebar makes it virtually indestructible.
- 22.2mm tube is hard anodized making it 3 to 4 times more wear resistant than conventional handlebar.
- Positioning the handle is provided with a laser engraving which gives a specific cue point.
